This is not a remote position.
We are looking to hire an Assistant to the Director Of Recruiting who will be assisting our company's recruiting efforts. As a successful hire, you will be responsible for assisting to our recruiting department by evaluating and developing hiring/marketing strategies, planning and coordinating hiring efforts, communicating the hiring plans to those involved, and building awareness and positioning for our company's brands.
To be considered for this position, you will have experience in the service based industry. You will need to have proven experience in marketing and or hiring campaigns.
Recruiting Assistant Responsibilities:
- Working with Director on developing our recruiting strategy and marketing plan.
- Communicating the recruiting plan.
- Researching for recruiting.
- Developing and managing advertising/hiring campaigns.
- On boarding process ( packets, new hire paperwork, training schedule)
- Book travel, hotel, Uber, Lyft, etc..
- Initiating social media strategy and content marketing.
Recruiting Assistant Requirements:
- Experience in recruiting/marketing.
- Proven recruiting/marketing campaign experience.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.
- Strong copywriting skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Professional and proactive work ethic.
- Competence in Google Ads &Google products.
- Web Design skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
- Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing.
- Competency in Google Sheets and Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
