Snapshop / What You'll Do:

As an entry-level position, the Recruiting Associate will be responsible for sourcing candidates for our clientele, as well as staying in touch with those candidates as prospects for future positions as directed by the assigned manager.

Physical Demands/Work Environment Requirements:

Vision, hearing, speech, movements requiring the use of wrists, hands and/or fingers. Must be able to view a computer screen for long periods of time. Must have the ability to work the hours and days required to complete the essential functions of the position, as scheduled.

Mental Demands:

Learning, thinking, concentration and the ability to work under pressure, particularly during busy times. Must be able to pay close attention to detail and be able to work as a member of a team to ensure excellent customer service. Must have the ability to interact effectively with co-workers and customers, and exercise self-control and diplomacy in customer and employee relations’ situations. Must have the ability to exercise discretion as well as appropriate judgments when necessary. Must be proactive in finding solutions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred

Knowledge Requirements:

• Professional communication skills
• Willingness to source and contact dozens of candidates on a daily basis by cold-calling, email, and other means

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS and BASIC DUTIES:

• Becoming a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on medical laboratory personnel requirements ensuring Clients are receiving qualified individuals.
• Sourcing, soliciting, and qualifying laboratory professionals by way of cold calls, emails, and other forms of outreach such as LinkedIn, Indeed, and social media.
• Communicating promptly and professionally with job applicants and candidates.
• Tracking daily productivity and candidate life-cycle via our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Assisting the Recruiting Manager by working with candidates throughout the application, interview, and offer process.
• Striving to ensure that every job order is treated as a top priority.
