Recruiting Coordinator Job at Ruan Transportation Management Systems
- Process and review employment verifications for driver applicants.
- Provide excellent customer experience when answering hotline calls. Facilitate escalation and completion of high-priority tasks.
- Attend and participate in hiring calls for each operation supported.
- Assist Driver Recruiters in running initial reports, attempting contacts, and providing backup support as needed.
Create and maintain accurate records and documentation in Tenstreet. - Perform other job-related duties and special projects as required.
Education: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent work experience
Course(s) of Study: Prefer college graduate for career progression opportunities
Experience: 1-2 years experience with customer service and high call volumes
- Must have strong computer skills including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
- Demonstrated ability to effectively organize and prioritize workload in a fast paced, multi-task environment.
Must have strong verbal and written communication and the ability to effectively communicate with diverse groups of people. - Requires willingness to learn and develop skills in the Human Resource field.
- Must have experience or capability and willingness to learn recruiting roadblocks and challenges.
- Must be professional and articulate.
