Job Duties & Responsibilities

  • Schedules and coordinates candidate phone, video and in person interviews.
  • Schedules and coordinates both candidate and employee travel.
  • Maintains candidate files and tracks candidate progress through the interview/hiring process.
  • Assists with Onboarding process including generate and send offer packages, initiate and track pre-employment screens, and initiate communications to stakeholders.
  • Scans, links and files employment & recruiting related documentation.
  • Coordinates and prepares materials for recruiting events such as interviews, job fairs, employer panels and community events.
  • Assist recruiters in sourcing potential candidates through direct contact, employee referrals and industry networking, internet job boards, user groups and "mining" applicant tracking system for current and prior posted applicants.

Specifications

  • Proven work experience as a Recruiting coordinator or recruiter.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and complete projects within a deadline.
  • Solid knowledge of HR policies and best practices
  • Hands on experience with various selection processes like phone interviews and reference checks.
  • Familiarity with HR databases, applicant tracking systems and candidate management systems.
