Job Responsibilities
  • Qualifies candidate through consultative selling techniques
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates with varying specialties and qualifications within the industry
  • Manage relationships with all departments to ensure continuity of service with candidates
  • Take provided warm leads and successfully close deals to fill open job orders
  • Be a direct recruiter sourcing referrals not a job consultant that needs job boards
Experience and Education
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in recruiting, inside sales, and outbound calls
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and internet applications required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Driven, self-starter, and, self-motivated.
  • Communicates clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing. Demonstrates effective interpersonal, negotiation, and, public communication skills with a wide range and size of audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop trusting relationships with internal customers and the ability to exercise considerable judgment and discretion in maintaining those relationships at all levels of the organization is required. Strong customer service skills.
  • Ability to advance Emerald Health Services Spirit of Service, Mission, and Values in all aspects of recruitment positions.
  • Effectively balances multiple priorities simultaneously and meets deadlines; demonstrated ability to manage projects from start to finish. Meeting assigned objectives and timelines required.
  • Demonstrated a history of working well independently and as part of a team. Strong relationship-building and team-building skills; ability to sustain a high level of output and motivate team members to achieve and maintain high productivity levels.
  • Possesses a high degree of adaptability/resilience to face a variety of issues on a day-to-day basis, and responds to these issues appropriately.

Pay range: $50,000 - $62,400
