Commercial Refrigeration and HVAC Technical Support

Do you have at least 10 years of commercial refrigeration and HVAC experience? Are you wanting to work in an office and not have to climb on a roof anymore?

Apply today to be a critical part of our new augmented virtual reality technical support team. You'll work from the office helping junior technicians grow their diagnostic and repair skills in the field.

This position will be responsible helping to managing service calls and may also include assisting junior technicians with invoicing, quotes, parts, order/purchase orders, and other necessary duties as directed by senior team members to ensure efficient operations of the service teams.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• taking virtual calls from junior technicians and providing technical support for commercial refrigeration and HVAC service calls
• providing feedback to senior management on junior technician progress
• ensuring each service call is diagnosed and fixed correctly the first time
• training junior technicians on proper protocol, professionalism and customer service
• assisting management with junior technician assessments and feedback
• other duties as required by senior management

Requirements: Seasoned, well-qualified technical service professional with high integrity and work ethic. Excellent attention to detail, verbal and written communication skills and ability to multitask. Must be able to work a rotating on call schedule as needed.

Must have significant experience working on the following pieces of equipment:

• Commercial Refrigeration: WIC, WIF, RIC, RIF, Ice Machines, Beverage Glycol Systems, Prep Tables
• Commercial HVAC: RTUs, Split Systems, Kitchen Exhaust Systems, Makeup Air Units
• Increased salary for significant experience with commercial kitchen equipment repairs (hotside) in addition to experience with commerical HVAC and refrigeration equipment listed above

Pay: $35.00 - $55.00 per hour
