Position

The Louis Vuitton Midwest & Mid Atlantic Regional Team is seeking a Regional Client Relations Director to lead the focus of client relations activities across our stores.

This Chicago based role will have a thorough understanding of luxury clientele purchasing behaviors and a proven track record of impacting business and driving client relations strategies and objectives for the region.



Profile

To be successful in this role you must possess extensive people management skills gained within a high profile luxury retail brand, world class customer service skills and the desire to continuously strive to meet business objectives and exceed our client's expectations. We are eager to speak to those that are fluent in best practices within Client Relations with direct clienteling and elevated selling environment experience.

As a skilled communicator with a natural ability to build relationships, this role will strive to deliver all client interactions in line with our Louis Vuitton promise thus further driving loyalty to the brand and our positioning within the luxury market space.

Regional Sales Objective:

  • Support overall business by driving Client Relations strategies and objectives in the region

Regional Partnership:

  • Take an active role in developing Store Managers, In-Store Client Relations/Development Leaders and Regional business partners in Client Relations competencies
  • Lead, develop and support Regional Client Relations Metro Managers as they drive loyalty and relationships with stores and clients as measured by retention, increase in top customer spend and by sales of exceptional categories
  • Work with the Client Development and Event’s team to help with maintenance of client profiles for the region’s high potential clients

Client Actions:

  • Maintain productivity of all client actions and assess impact of all actions to maximize future business
  • Take ownership and lead store teams in strategically targeting clients for each event, in order to support overall Client Relations objectives
  • Ensure flawless execution and strong, targeted client attendance
