Summary:
We are looking for a proficient multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude. The primary function of the Regional Clinical Supervisor (“RCS”) is to provide clinical training and ongoing support to center-based managers in their assigned region. The RCS assists the center management team through the development of OBM skillsets to ensure superior clinical quality, maximum productivity, and efficiency across all levels. The RCS also contributes to the overall improvement of clinical quality and center performance across the company by assisting with the creation and implementation of new processes and procedures. The RCS is a high-level clinical management role with the opportunity to impact and influence clinicians on a broad scale.
Regional Clinical Supervisors are stewards of Servant Leadership who act in a way that supports the Company’s valued behaviors and who are committed to meeting the needs of the team and the growth of its people. This role reports directly to the Associate Clinical Director.
What You Will Do:

  • Regional Clinical Support and Training:
  • Develop and oversee assigned region of clinicians (BCBA Supervisors and Clinical Lead Supervisors) to ensure all goals are met across all roles within the center.
  • Assist with training, performance management, and ongoing support of BCBAs.
  • Oversee the implementation of quality assurance measures across BCBAs monthly.
  • Temporary clinical case coverage during BCBA turnover.
  • Organizational and Departmentwide Influence
  • Attend and/or lead bi-weekly companywide BCBA meetings to assist with implementation of clinical training and updates.
  • Participate in monthly Regional Management Team Meetings (at headquarters, in person) to assist with ongoing development of the clinical department and reach companywide goals/objectives.
  • Participate in quarterly Regional Management Team Retreats (off-site, in person) to assess upcoming quarterly objectives & determine actions to take.
  • Assist with the creation and implementation of special projects and committees to improve the overall clinical and operational performance of the company.
  • Lead and/or participate in companywide Continuing Education trainings
  • Builds and leads effective teams:
  • Work in tandem with the Operations Supervisors to support clinical and operational managers in working side by side to achieve goals.
  • Cultivates a positive and inclusive work culture and environment for center staff, clinicians, and families, models servant leadership, facilitates team building activities, leads trainings, and manages employee appreciation programs.
  • Manages and supervises positive, productive relationships with and between staff, clients, and related families; ensures that all positions and parties have what is needed to produce maximum results.
  • Analyzes information to achieve individual, center, and company goals
  • Understands and reports on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive clinical quality, efficiency, treatment integrity, and profitability; identifies actions and solutions that will improve performance.
  • Liaises between executive leadership and company directors and center staff on strategies, solutions, updates, and concerns.
  • Is a steward of change management. Provides constructive and thorough feedback to improve systems and processes, demonstrates a positive outlook on company strategies, and provides direction and guidance to center staff and coworkers

What will Set you Apart:

  • Minimum 3 years clinical experience as BCBA supervisor
  • Heavy reliance on ethical and research-based decision making and guidance from the BACB
  • Commitment to least restrictive and function-based interventions
  • 1-3 years previous experience in a management role
  • Intermediate computer literacy; Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, data entry
  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • Well-developed verbal, listening, and written communications skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a busy office with frequent interruptions
  • Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and follow through with tasks without check-ins or manager oversight
  • Ability to travel between designated centers within region and the corporate office minimum of 3 times per week

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience managing BCBA clinicians
  • Knowledge of general Human Resources
  • Established track record of leadership, specifically in the development and training of clinical staff
  • Strong background in organizational behavior management, performance management techniques for developing others, and interest in behavioral systems analysis
  • Advanced clinical experience (i.e., fluency with conducting clinical analyses)
  • Advanced knowledge of the insurance approval process
