Regional Commercial Property Manager - Trinity Property Consultants, Midwest
Salary: $95K-105K base
Trinity Property Consultants is actively looking for an individual ready to grow their career as a Regional Commercial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of office and retail assets scattered throughout the Midwest. The current region consists of properties in Chicago, Detroit, Grand Rapids and Denver. The portfolio may shift based on acquisitions and dispositions. The team member will report to the Vice President of Property Management, Midwest.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Overseeing building operations for the respective portfolio
- Managing tenant relations inclusive of tenant renewals, tenant improvements, and capital projects
- Assisting with market research and financial analysis
- Managing lease administration
- Coordinating and maintaining vendor and tenant relations
- Managing financial aspects inclusive of AR, budgeting, and OPEX reconciliations
- Leading Assistant Property Manager(s)
- Assisting with various other tasks as needed
Required skills and experience:
- Must live in or be open to relocating to Chicago or Denver
- Must be open to traveling up to 50% to the respective assets
- Must be open to a dynamic reporting structure (reporting to and supporting both Trinity and Red Tail Acquisitions)
- Prior commercial property management experience preferred
- Must have strong communication skills
- Must be comfortable working with many different people from tenants to lawyers to onsite management to vendors, etc.
- Must be experienced in the MS Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Experience using Yardi Commercial Voyager preferred
- Experience with Argus preferred
