As an RCX Sports Regional Coordinator you will oversee the daily operations of an assigned region of NFL Flag, Jr. NBA, and/or NHL Street leagues. You will be responsible for ensuring all leagues are organized and maintained in order to provide a high-quality experience for our customers. At RCX Sports, you'll partner with premier sports brands, professional leagues, and league staff, to equip local youth sports leagues with the resources, training, and tools they need in order to thrive.

What you'll do:

  • Organize league calendar and schedule dates for leagues in your region (season dates, coaches’ meetings, tournaments)
  • Ensure all field rental and league agreement contracts are created, confirmed, and the appropriate payouts are completed
  • Execute and oversee the team formation process including the set up and maintenance of the online registration system
  • Work with Customer Services Representatives to handle customer issues and prepare regular league communications
  • Hire, train, & oversee on-site Game Day Representatives for each of your assigned leagues
  • Prepare end of season reports for RCX Sports executive teams by analyzing field, registration, and retention data
  • Review all weekend reviews and assist Game Day Representatives with league updates
  • Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams assigned to your region to ensure overall success of the leagues
  • Coordinate with league photographer to ensure picture days are set up and run successfully in each location
  • Prepare and host coaches’ meetings for the leagues within your region
  • Increase retention of players in the leagues
  • Increase customer satisfaction survey results
  • Assist with 1-2 tournaments each year depending on territory/state(s)

Additional Information:

  • Work Schedule: Full-time (Monday - Friday), Weekly schedule varies based on season (regular nights and weekends required as needed)
  • Travel: Occasionally for tournaments/events
  • Supervisory Responsibilities: This position oversees part-time seasonal staff
  • Location: Ideal Candidate local to Phoenix, AZ to perform on-site duties

  • 1(+) year customer service experience
  • Strong organizational & project management skills
