Rock Valley Industries is hiring Human Resources Director for our office. This is a full time, direct-hire position offering by weekly paycheck from a growing, stable company; paid time off for vacations, Monday to Friday and so much more!
The Human Resources Director is responsible for overseeing the administration of the day-to-day operations of the company function and duties. These duties include, but may not limited to:
· Recruitment and talent management practices- Posting job ads, screen, interview, hiring of employees, terminations and workers compensation.
· Administer a compilation of accurate WOTC documentation
· Processes new hires in timely manner
· Administer vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance
· Process payroll
· Scheduling of the regular and extra work on a monthly basis
· Provide Bi-Lingual Support to Management and Employees
· Perform other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
· HS Diploma required
· Spanish (required)
· Bachelor’s Degree a plus
Minimum Competencies:
· Working knowledge of MS Office Suite is required
· Must be able to successfully work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
· Must be a self-starter and detailed orientated
· Superior follow-up and follow-through skills
