Position Summary:
As the
Regional Director of Operations (RDO) you will be responsible for supporting our center operations and service lines, including executing on our core KPIs within a region of 15-20 centers by working with the center leadership teams to set and achieve their goals. The RDO will be responsible for the development and implementation of growth opportunities within their respective Region by collaborating with Business Development and Intake/Admissions Departments to actively manage referral sources and client onboarding, to ensure the comprehensive model of integrating and collaborating between ABA, Speech, OT, etc. Further, they will ensure a strong culture in each of their centers that engages our employees and the clients and families we serve.
Duties & Responsibilities
Technical/Functional:
- The RDO is responsible for the financial performance of each center within their respective region. That includes but is not limited to: working with the center leadership teams to achieve budgeted targets, lead monthly operating reviews (MOR), oversee accounts receivable performance, and develop annual budgets.
- Oversight of center operations including client census, billable hours and productivity.
- The Director is responsible for the development and implementation of growth opportunities within their respective Region. The development will consist of but is not limited to: increasing enrollment in each center to maximum capacity and increasing the addition of new centers in the Region.
- Collaborate with Business Development and the Intake/Admissions Dept. to actively manage referral sources and client onboarding.
- Ensuring the comprehensive model of integrating and collaborating between ABA, Speech, OT, etc. is successful in the various centers.
- Comply with applicable legal requirements, standards, policies, and procedures including, but not limited to the Compliance Program: Code of Conduct, HIPAA, and Documentation standards.

What we are looking for!
- At least 2-5 years of operations experience in healthcare or related field
- Strong budgeting, forecasting, and analysis experience required
- A self-directed leader able to adapt quickly to changes in priorities
- Broad business acumen and problem-solving skills
- Travel required of up to 50% overnight travel
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
