Job Summary/Description

The Regional Food Service Director is responsible for leading a team of District Managers, Site Managers, and Food Service Teams while ensuring high standards of quality for the guest experience, safety, and financial performance. The ideal candidate will be an experienced food and beverage service leader, who is a great coach capable of getting the maximum potential out of people, and continually drive operational performance and execution. This position reports directly to the Chief Operations Officer.

Detailed Responsibilities

• Identifying opportunities and driving continual improvement for our locations and operations.
• Working with Regional and Corporate Leadership to drive innovation and best practices at our Central Nebraska locations.
• Collaborates with Chief Operations Officer to drive menu development and all associated operational enhancements.
• Extensive travel is required for this position. Roughly spending 40% of the time in the field.

• This position is based out of our corporate office in Cozad, Nebraska. Candidates must be willing to relocate and live within reasonable driving distance of the corporate office.

Requirements

• 5 plus years of leadership experience in the hospitality or retail fields.
• Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred.
• Experience managing multiple locations at one time.
• High level of computer literacy.
• Understanding of food costs, inventory, and financial concepts.
• Passion for hospitality, food, and retail operations.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
