Honor Credit Union is looking for a Regional Manager to oversee 6 of our Southwest Michigan Region Member Center locations from Niles to Paw Paw.
Regional Manager - Southwest Michigan Region (Full-Time)
SUMMARY:

Responsible for leading the overall member experience team within a geographic area by removing barriers and providing support across the different areas of the business; including sales and service, expense and credit controls, community leadership, human resource management and meeting financial and compliance standards.

Leads and manages the Member Center Managers and Community Development Officers to drive an exceptional member experience, act with urgency and care, and drive market growth.

Maintains a high level of collaboration with our Marketing, Business Services, Real Estate, Lending, and Operations teams.

Drives consistent experience and service levels and expectations between physical and virtual channels.

Provides key insight and shared responsibility for developing short and long term strategic planning goals.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION: College Degree in Business, Finance or a related field; or equivalent experience.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE: Knowledge or experience in budget processes, implementation of area policies, and explanation of company programs and objectives. Knowledge of and experience in performance management; including coaching, corrective action and succession planning.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Five to ten years of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions.
