Regional Mgr of Dental Hygiene and Clin Dev Job at ELITE DENTAL PARTNERS L
This position works closely with hygienists, dentists, and office teams to support high-quality, comprehensive dentistry especially as it related to hygiene, oral surgery (Grafting, PRF & Implants) and Orthodontics (Clear Aligner Therapy). This individual will work to ensure that office teams are informed, trained, and equipped to provide a high standard of care and are responsible for driving execution on the following:

Comprehensive Periodontal Therapy which includes all the dental hygiene assessments required by the ADA and AAP (Full mouth periodontal charting, staging and grading, the oral cancer screening, caries risk assessment, and proper documentation)

Adjunct Antimicrobial Therapies

Socket Preservation
-
Dental Implant Placement
-
Digital Scanning & Clear Aligner Therapy
This position requires regular travel within the designated region to provide face-to-face support and training to clinicians and their teams. Additional training, mentoring, and coaching is often provided via virtual solutions like Microsoft Team. Microsoft Teams will be used daily in this role. This position has a remote working component to it, that typically includes one day as a work from home day. The candidate must have a sound understanding of pertinent clinical metrics and be able to identify opportunities for improvement. Excellent coaching and organizational skills are required.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Effectively coach dentists, hygienists, and their support teams within the assigned territory as it relates to core clinical initiatives

Perform chart and schedule audits

Speaking and presenting content to teams in-person and virtually

Adhere to all administrative requirements (expense reports, meeting planning, office routing, follow -up calls and emails, regional event planning)

Onboard support of new hygienists
-
Facilitate meetings that result in action that improves patient care
-
Provide clear expectations for dental teams
-
Hold teams accountable to Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)

Perform regular analysis of office performance and intervention strategies
-
Work with vendor partners to optimize office training and education.

Collaborate with Clinical Directors, Regional Directors of Operations, Regional Managers and Area Mangers to maximize impact

Participate in and adhere to departmental budgets.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
-
Licensed Registered Dental Hygienist Preferred
-
Minimum of 5 years Dental Hygiene experience
-
Track record of influencing change and results generated
-
Experience in Oral Surgery & Clear Aligner Therapy is a plus
QUALIFICATIONS

Strong organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple tasks and programs and the same time
-
Interest and aptitude for oral surgery and orthodontics
TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS:

Up to 75% of the time.
