Description:We are looking Regional Operations Supervisor. This role reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer. An ROS is responsible for driving performance of their assigned region and providing the necessary support to achieve goals. A successful Regional Operations Supervisors have strong leadership and communication skills along with the ability to excel building and leading effective teams. They anticipate, take initiative, & solve problems as they arise. They are decision-makers and influencers that support the positive experience of employees, managers, clients, and families.

What you can Expect:

  • Interprets and acts on Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to drive efficiencies, profitability, and treatment integrity of their established region; identifies and leads their centers with actions and solutions that will improve performance.
  • Manages and acts on data to ensure efficient use of talent in the delivery of clinical services to drive fiscal performance. Makes fiscally sound decisions to ensure client, center, and employee needs are met and budgeted results are achieved.
  • Collaborates with leadership on strategies, solutions, updates, and concerns at the company, region, and/or center level.
  • Audits the accuracy of client & employee scheduling, recording keeping, payroll, and communications following best practices to meet industry standards; ensures compliance of those systems as required by funders, professional boards, and other regulatory bodies.
  • Builds and leads effective teams:
  • Facilitates the onboarding, development, and ongoing performance of up to eight Office Managers in a remote capacity; scheduling on-site visits to the centers at a frequency of at least once per month.
  • Cultivates a positive work culture and environment for center staff, clinicians, and families, and models servant leadership.
  • Ensures that center managers maintain positive, productive relationships with and between staff, clients, and related families; ensures that all positions and parties have what is needed to achieve goals and produce maximum results.
  • Collaborates effectively with departments and support teams to achieve business goals.
  • Demonstrates a thorough understanding and application of policies and procedures as they relate to the effective operation of a center. Identifies efficiencies and develops solutions to improve operations.

What Will Set You Apart:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field
  • Prior administrative or office manager experience
  • 3-5 years previous experience in a management
  • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, to include Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills
  • Well-developed verbal, listening, and written communications skills
  • Demonstrated experience leading projects & processes with an emphasis on people development and management
  • Knowledge of general Human Resources or experience navigating employee-related matters
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
  • Reliable transportation to go to one or more centers in a business day
