Our fast-growing company is seeking to hire an experienced Regional Property Manager (RPM) to join our team. The ideal candidate must demonstrate ability to oversee the overall day-to-day operations of the assigned portfolio by executing polices, procedures and practices to enable each property to meet budgeted financial goals and achieve operational performance objectives. The candidate must be capable of providing supervision of personnel, properties, marketing, financial and maintenance functions, and provide leadership to a growing team of property management teams. This position reports to the Regional Vice President.

Experience, Skills, and Abilities Required:

  • Demonstrated experience (5+ years) in multi-site property management.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Must have two plus years Section 42/LIHTC experience
  • Required to travel up to 75%.
  • Must maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
  • Must have knowledge of Federal, State and Local Policies, Fair Housing and LIHTC policies.
  • Excellent written, oral communication and presentations skills
  • Ability to manage effective teams and develop strategic solutions.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to work independently with strong attention to detail
  • ResMan software application experience preferred, but not required.
  • Problem-solving ability
  • Courteous and professional always
  • Valid Driver’s License required

Pay: $85,000.00 per year
