Opportunity to join California Commercial Investment Group (CCI) - a dynamic and growing company that owns and manages real estate in over 29 states. Our primary focus is HUD Section 8 Senior Housing and we currently operate over 55 of these properties across the country.


CCI is seeking a Regional Property Supervisor to oversee a portfolio of Project-Based Section 8 Seniors/Disabled buildings. Position includes responsibility for staff training and overall building performance, including oversight of budget, goals, projects, MOR & REAC inspections and other related audits, community managers, and staff. The position requires approximately forty-five days of travel each year.


Applicants MUST live in the Minesota, Northern Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and New York areas.


SALARY: OPEN

Must have a minimum of 5 years Project-Based Section 8 management experience, should be LIHTC & COS certified, be fluid in Excel and Word. Must have excellent math, computer, problem-solving, communication, budgeting and leadership skills. Yardi Voyageur experience helpful. Reports to Executive Vice President of Property Management division. Includes competitive pay, bonuses, and benefits.
