The Regional RBT represents a high-level of quality and excellence with regards to ACP’s clinical standards by ensuring continuity of exceptional care delivery. The Regional RBT will be responsible for providing direct care coverage across designated centers. The Regional RBT may have additional roles in providing trainings such as physical management training, CPR, and other trainings as needed.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide direct care coverage as needed across designated centers
- Collect data during sessions, including ABC data as directed by the supervising BCBA
- Record baseline data on new clients
- Describe the behavior and environment in observable and measurable terms
- Implement different types of teaching? procedures?(naturalistic, discrete-trial teaching, stimulus fading, etc.)
- Complete electronic health record (EHR) billing and verifications within 24 hours of events
- Provide staff trainings in areas as needing, possibly including physical management, CPR, and other trainings as needed
- Create program materials as needed
- Additional tasks as needed
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree
- Credential: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) within 90 days
- Supervise Staff? No
