To ensure our Luxury Apartments and Condominium clients have the teams required to provide these services, we are hiring a Regional Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team.

Location
This role is Hybrid, working at least 2 days a week at either our Parsippany, NJ headquarters or our regional offices in Freehold NJ, Brooklyn, NY or Alexandria, VA.

Responsibilities:
What you’ll be doing
  • Source candidates through existing pipelines, job board resume searches, social media networking, hiring events, and job posting applications.
  • Prescreen and qualify candidates to active job requisition requirements and present to Hiring Managers for interviews.
  • Update Job Requisitions and Candidate Profiles in our Newly Launched iCIMS Applicant Tracking System.
  • Develop and maintain positive, working relationships with Regional Managers and Leadership.
  • Work with Regional Hiring Managers to develop creative recruiting strategies.
Qualifications:
What we need from you
You will be spending most of your day reaching out to and interviewing candidates through sourcing, networking, hiring events, and job postings to create massive candidate pipelines. If you have worked in a similar corporate role or better yet at a staffing agency, we will teach you the business to earn wins with local management and build relationships with leadership. Being competitive helps too, but ultimately the challenge is to find the best person, not just anyone who’s interested!

Now the requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in high-volume corporate recruiting or agency staffing.
  • Bilingual fluent in English and Spanish is preferred.
  • Sourcing, Screening, Presenting, Scheduling, and Following up with Applicants and Hiring Managers
  • Experience with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Must be team-oriented, flexible, and adaptable to a fast-paced and ever-changing workload.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
