About the Social Media/Marketing Specialist Role at Alair Homes Sanibel

We’re looking for a full time, dynamic Social Media/Marketing Specialist (not a marketing team) to join our growing team. The right candidate will be handling all aspects of marketing, brand awareness, and community engagement for four offices in Fort Myers, Naples, Bonita Springs, and Tampa.

An Alair Homes Social Media/Marketing Specialist will:

  • Have on-the-ground knowledge
  • Have an understanding of what’s happening in the “local” housing market
  • Maintain and grow relationships with our clients, vendors, subtrades, and the community
  • Create, develop, plan, attend, promote and market events
  • Visit jobsites for photos and articles
  • Be a valued resource for the RCM Group (home office marketing team)
  • Communicate with our home office team through Microsoft Teams
  • Create educational and inspirational blogs
  • Seek out award application opportunities and work with our team to apply
  • The RCM Group taps into Pinterest Trends to make sure our local content is relative to that information. Add that to our content.
  • Seek out opportunities for our company to give back to the community
  • Manage our Brand Fund
  • Reporting: Monthly snapshots and detailed quarterly reporting
  • Determine what are the top landing pages, what posts are getting the most traffic, and how we can use this information to improve our outreach going forward on a monthly basis
  • Obtain analytics, increase reach, and obtain additional likes and followers
  • Take full advantage of how social media platforms function. For example, on Instagram, the algorithm will favor reels and video content. Top performing locations tap into “Behind the Scenes with the Team”, and other things. This individual should drive that content and curate it as needed.
  • Be involved and engaged with the home office, bringing new ideas, thoughts, etc. The home office shares as a team. Be prepared to bring ideas/thoughts/plans back to us to be put into action.
  • Put together ready-made programs and bring them up to the team for implementation.
  • Ensure we properly tag our posts to include the proper handles for our market partners and vendors and tag the right brands.
  • Create collaborations – market partner and vendor relationships, collaborating with architects, designers, etc. who also are driving social media content.

  • is a content strategist with a strong understanding of social media and local housing market
  • Takes initiative for leading the team
  • Experience with Vendasta platform a plus. Willing to train.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; clarity and respect!
  • Public relations and marketing experience an asset.
  • Skilled photographer and editor a plus.
  • Passion for Helping and working with people
  • Creative problem solver
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Attention to detail and deadlines
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle is required
