Regional Vice President of Sales Job at PAM Transport
We are one of the industry leaders in cross-border transportation and we are growing! The Regional VP of Sales will be accountable for leading the company’s business development functions including sales, strategy through the development and implementation of the sales strategy and communicating the company’s vision. This position will focus on increasing business in the El Paso and Juarez/Chihuahua region as we have strong growth goals in place for 2023 and beyond in this area. You will have the chance to make a big impact and we need someone who is ready to take us to the next level.
You will contribute to the success of the team through the following:
- Build and develop our new business expansion in El Paso
- Create and develop customers base in El Paso, TX, Cuidad, Juarez, MX as well as the Chihuahua market
- Work with the Corporate sales team on new sales leads generation on new accounts that will are physically in El Paso and Juarez but the decision maker in the interior of the U.S.
- Must have a strong background in growing a company with top and bottom line revenue, evaluating current business for increased profitability
- Our 2023 goal is to create a 75 fleet truck and 15M USD revenue on this P&L

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
