Registered Dental Hygienist – Greater Nashville, TN

A premier Family Dental Practice in West Nashville is looking for a qualified Dental Hygienist to join their team.

As a Dental Hygienist, this person will be responsible for various hygiene responsibilities, including operatory prep, patient familiarization, and ensuring patients are properly scheduled for everything they need and are eligible for. This person will also be performing routine hygiene services and procedures, administering local anesthesia, focusing on patient reactivation, as well as assisting with various needs and responsibilities around the practice. The ideal candidate will have a team-first mentality, a strong work ethic, provide excellent customer service, and ensure that the focus is on the patient by delivering an exceptional experience and greeting every patient with a smile.

Requirements

• Valid Dental Hygienist certification in good standing with the state of TN
• Graduate from an accredited school of Dental Hygiene
• Strong work-ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to comply with safety procedures, rules, and regulations to maintain a clean and safe working environment for patients and fellow staff

Preferred Qualifications:

• License to perform laser therapy
• Reactivation experience
• Experienced administering local anesthesia
• Nitrous Oxide Certification
• Experience working with Perio
• Additional Hygienist-relevant Certifications

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
