Full time position available at McAuley Convent of Mercy, a 48 bed retirement residence serving Sisters of Mercy requiring personal care in an assisted living/independent living with services setting.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Provide health monitoring including active/hands-on nursing care and medication management
- Work in collaboration with residence management to coordinate hospital transfers in emergency situation
- Oversee and supervise home health aides
- Provide oversight working with residence Healthcare Coordinator
Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care to the Sisters, if needed.
