Registered Nurse’s (R.N.) – R.N. consultants are needed for nurse surveyor positions in Helena, Montana. There are part-time, full-time, and flexible PRN schedules available. All nursing backgrounds will be seriously considered especially case management, hospital and clinic, behavioral health, long-term care, and nursing leadership backgrounds. Duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Performing facility site visits
- File and record reviews including personnel files, incident reports, facility policy and procedures and resident medical records
- Conducting exit interviews with facility staff regarding the investigation
- Preparing facility deficiency reports
- Completing follow up on-site inspections/surveys
- Performing complaint investigations
- Keeping up to date on trainings, state laws, and regulations applicable to the licensure of Health Care and/or Residential Care Facilities
