Our Rehab Nurses are responsible for overseeing the direct care of CBV’s Pavilion residents and they focus on the total care, comfort and safety of each resident. Our Rehab Nurses plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct restorative care services, as well as its programs and activities, in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern nursing care facilities. The Lead Rehab Nurse will organize our Rehab Techs’ assignments, direct the supporting Rehab Nurse’s duties and work together to help residents feel safe, special and valued while following community policies and procedures to maintain our exceptional care standards. The Lead Rehab Nurse is responsible to conduct fall investigations, review restorative care policies, procedures, manuals and job descriptions at least annually, and participate in making recommended changes. The Lead Rehab Nurse also participates in discharge planning, development and implementation of resident care plans and resident assessments, as necessary.

Starting wage: $36/hr+ (based on experience)

Requirements:

Registered Nurse

• Current Restorative Certification is preferred
• Compassionately motivated about serving and celebrating seniors
