Are you a night owl? Are you interested in gaining experience working with youth? The Shelburne House Program of NFI Vermont is actively seeking a Relief Awake Overnight Mental Health Worker to join our passionate and dynamic team. The Shelburne House is a three-bed residential program, which works with adolescents between the ages of 13-18, and is highly specialized in crisis stabilization, clinical assessment, and long-term intensive treatment. The Relief Awake Overnight Mental Health Worker is primarily responsible for maintaining safety and supervision during the hours when clients are asleep (10PM-8AM). This is a great position for an individual who is pursuing higher education and/or seeking to explore a new field with manageable expectations. Opportunity to pick up additional shifts in times of staffing needs. Experience working with children or adolescents who possess behavioral/emotional challenges is desired.
