Relief and Night Assistants must comply with and support Policies & Procedures, QT Purpose and Core Values, Standards of Store Operations, and all QT programs. Ensure fast, effective customer service and Store operation by meeting QT standards for customer service, training and supervision of assigned Store Team Members. Manage the clerks assigned to shifts as required by QT Policy and Procedures and Standards of Store Operations: Employee Support. Our employees are the reason people love the QT experience.
