Our Remote based Collector is responsible for controlling delinquent financed accounts (consumer) and ensuring recoveries on Orkin Bad Debt accounts. This role is a part of a stable and growing team. Must be able to work second shift hours from the comfort of your home!

• Collection of delinquent financed and bad debt accounts in accordance with policies and procedures
• Administration of payment plans on delinquent financed and bad debt accounts on behalf of the company.
• Negotiate settlements in accordance with company policy.
• Review and educate customers on contract details.
• Provide customer complaint resolution.
• Performance of skip tracing duties on customers that are unlocatable.
• Develop positive relationships and goodwill with internal and external customers
• Make recommendations for process improvement when directed and handle special projects as assigned.
• Collection of delinquent financed and bad debt accounts.
• Work a flexible work schedule to include nights and weekends.
• Provide a quiet work environment away from background noise and distractions.
• Must have adequate secured internet access.

The Experience You Will Bring (Minimum Requirements):

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Proficient in the use of a computer
• Basic excel skills
• Must maintain attention to details and have good written and oral communication skills
• Must be well organized, multi-task, and people oriented
• Must be a self-starter and be able to work on your own
• Ability to work second shift hours preferred
• Bilingual (English Spanish) is a plus
