ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION:

SaVida Health is a specialty medical practice providing outpatient opiate and alcohol addiction treatment services. SaVida Health's care model includes medical care, counseling, comprehensive toxicology testing, case management and medical management of psychiatric medications. SaVida provides compassionate and individualized treatment programs to support those with substance use disorder.

Summary
The Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.

Role and Responsibilities
  • Develops, executes and manages a direct marketing recruiting strategy comprised of outbound cold calls, messaging and other forms of communication to reach a target audience and solicit referrals for open positions.
  • Manages the traditional online resources and other resources for developing candidate pipelines.
  • Serves as the point of contact and subject matter expert in the delivery of healthcare recruitment for the organization.
  • Collaborates with management staff to develop job descriptions, identify potential candidates and identify benchmarking compensation information.
  • Ensures a hiring process that is inclusive and which identifies top talent for the organization.
  • Manages the recruiting process from initial sourcing to closing the transaction. Supports management to ensure an efficient hiring process.

Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; equivalent relevant education/experience
  • 3 years of full-cycle provider recruitment experience to include advertising, sourcing and conducting a search. Addiction treatment recruiting experience is preferred.
Preferred Skills
  • Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking program experience
  • Prior experience working with contracts and employment agreements
  • Demonstrated skills in all facets of full cycle recruitment including but not limited to employment agreements, compensation analysis, advertising, sourcing and conducting a search.
  • Current knowledge of State and Federal employment laws/regulations pertaining to non-discrimination, substance abuse, fraud and abuse and recruiting issues
  • Ability to organize, plan and prioritize multiple tasks with attention to detail while managing multiple complex projects and priorities to successfully meet deadlines
  • Effective written and oral communication skills, interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work cooperatively with a wide variety of employees, providers, volunteers and management
