Role and Responsibilities
- Develops, executes and manages a direct marketing recruiting strategy comprised of outbound cold calls, messaging and other forms of communication to reach a target audience and solicit referrals for open positions.
- Manages the traditional online resources and other resources for developing candidate pipelines.
- Serves as the point of contact and subject matter expert in the delivery of healthcare recruitment for the organization.
- Collaborates with management staff to develop job descriptions, identify potential candidates and identify benchmarking compensation information.
- Ensures a hiring process that is inclusive and which identifies top talent for the organization.
- Manages the recruiting process from initial sourcing to closing the transaction. Supports management to ensure an efficient hiring process.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; equivalent relevant education/experience
- 3 years of full-cycle provider recruitment experience to include advertising, sourcing and conducting a search. Addiction treatment recruiting experience is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and Applicant Tracking program experience
- Prior experience working with contracts and employment agreements
- Demonstrated skills in all facets of full cycle recruitment including but not limited to employment agreements, compensation analysis, advertising, sourcing and conducting a search.
- Current knowledge of State and Federal employment laws/regulations pertaining to non-discrimination, substance abuse, fraud and abuse and recruiting issues
- Ability to organize, plan and prioritize multiple tasks with attention to detail while managing multiple complex projects and priorities to successfully meet deadlines
- Effective written and oral communication skills, interpersonal skills as well as the ability to work cooperatively with a wide variety of employees, providers, volunteers and management
