The Impact You’ll Make in this Role
As a PMO Assistant, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Being the customer facing focal point for less-complex implementations of the company’s Respiratory Technologies products and clinical services
- Working with multiple customer stakeholders to understand the customer environment and manage the implementation of our solution.
- Monitoring the PMO project information for accuracy
- Maintaining process documentation as directed
- Keep meeting minutes
- Following up on action items as needed
- Ensuring the project funnel is accurate
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Vyaire is looking for candidates who have the following required qualifications:
- Bachelor of Science degree in Project Management, Operations Management, Business or similar field
- 2-4 years of experience with Project Management or relevant work experience with no degree
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Experience within Pulmonary or Respiratory medical environment preferred
- Ability to self-prioritize work, work independently, and work as part of a team
- Ability to use soft-skills to lead teams of internal matrixed resources and customer resources
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Customer service, problem solving, and analytical skills required
Travel: May include up to [5%][domestic]
