We are looking for a Salesforce Developer with Agile software development experience to join our team. Responsibilities:

· Gather and document business requirements through interviews, workshops, and other methods

· Translate requirements into functional and technical specifications

· Support the development and deployment of Salesforce applications

· Work closely with the development team to ensure solutions meet business needs

· Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members to ensure project success

· Prioritize projects well and always deliver quality work on time

· Write code as part of creating a custom platform (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, front-end web technologies), as well as integrations with back-office systems (often using middleware tools such as MuleSoft), and data migrations services

· Participate as a member of the Agile team to deliver quality solutions consistently

· Responsible for developing and implementing the Salesforce Lightning Experience to meet the specific needs of our client.

Qualifications:

· A Salesforce Developer with a keen eye for problem solving

· A minimum of 2 years of experience with web application development including JavaScript, CSS, or HTML5

· Experience with Agile development methodologies

· Work closely with the development team to ensure solutions meet business needs

· Some experience with customization on the Salesforce Lightning platform including: Lightning components using the Lightning design System framework, Apex, Apex data loader, and declarative platform tools

· A minimum of 1 year exposure to APEX data loader and integrations

· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (minimum 3 years) work experience

· Salesforce Lightning Experience Specialist (Trailhead Super Badge for both)

· Knowledge in developing with Lightning App Builder a plus

Education and Experience:

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field

· Minimum of 1 year experience working on salesforce projects

· Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification
