GeBBS is hiring for a Recruiter who has resourcing experience. GeBBS provides exceptional medical coding services to clients all over the United States. - Partner with hiring managers by providing guidance, expertise, and talent advising to hire the best talent for the team
- Responsible for identifying, sourcing, screening, and closing candidates while also ensuring a quality and positive candidate experience
- Follow recruiting process, job postings, and other tools to build our employment brand and candidate experience
- Work with recruitment team and bring help maintain a positive team atmosphere
- Ideal candidate will have an enthusiasm for finding the best talent, and is someone that thrives in an active environment
- Minimum of one year of recruiting experience, with at least one in a healthcare-related area preferred
- Demonstrated ability to develop recruitment plans for high volume recruitments and difficult to fill positions
- Creative approaches to sourcing for difficult to fill positions is critical for this role. Must be able to search and screen passive candidates
- Ability to build relationships across all levels and to provide advice to hiring managers
- Experience and comfort with high volume recruiting
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in a related field or related experience
- Experience utilizing and applicant tracking system, iCIMS applicant tracking system is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and autonomously
