Reports To: Director Wind Operations

SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE:

Responsible for the overall commercial process and daily transaction coordination associated with the BHI Wind client base. Oversee, optimize, and have ownership of financial operational processes associated with our Wind customer base.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Manage commercial execution of customer MSAs and Contracts
  • Manage the commercial portfolio of assigned customer project accounts. Assure that all job cost data entry is completed accurately and on time. Work directly with assigned customer representatives to assure that all BHI receivables are processed in a timely manner within contract terms.
  • Individual will work closely with business leaders in Wind Organization to align operations with commercial processes.
  • Individual will have the ability to maintain large and complex data sets to report (detailed and dashboards).
  • Serve as a commercial engagement lead for assigned customer representatives. Sustain and grow a relationship with assigned customer representative(s) through customer service excellence.
  • Manage weekly calls with internal/external customer representatives to resolve financial issues and assure commercial compliance.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable BHI, client commercial requirements, compliance documents, procedures, safety standards and expectations.
  • Oversee, optimize, and have ownership of financial operational processes associated with our customers, especially Vestas.
  • Ownership and coordination of digital timekeeping and ensuring field personnel have the means to input time daily from the field, data verification into the customers system(s) (i.e. SAP), ensuring payroll is reviewed for accuracy, reconciling payroll and customer data, creating the SAP/Ariba entries required for entry into customer billing portal, and be front end for development of invoicing, following through in support of collections
  • Maintain accurate time keeping records for assigned personnel.
  • Provide coaching, disciplinary action and feedback to BHI personnel as required.
  • Responsible for the personal growth and development of any assigned personnel.
  • Work with Director of Operations to resolve external customer and internal personnel issues and claims.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Great communication skills and customer service engagement a must.
  • Similar background with experience of 5+ years required.

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • An ideal candidate will have bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or a related field and five (5) years of experience working with commercial billing, accounts receivable or related business assignments.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral are required.
  • Must be able to effectively work with a variety of personnel to include external customers and clients, and internal personnel.
  • Excellent computer skills, organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks at one time are required.
  • Excellent working knowledge and experience in Microsoft Office Suite software is required.
  • Must actively demonstrate the company values and support the ethics standards.
  • Proven ability to demonstrate a high level of ethical behavior, integrity and trust.
  • Knowledge of BHI Energy processes and procedures and utilization of developed tools to most effectively manage work is essential.
  • Must actively demonstrate the BHI company values and support the BHI Ethics and Standards.
  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a working knowledge of BHI and client technical manuals and procedures; to pass BHI and client specific training and qualifications as required; subject to personnel call out as required to work overtime, to include shift work, weekends, and holidays as needed; and be able to pass all background and screening requirements for the position, to include drug and/or alcohol screening.
