The Equipment Rental Technician manages a number of responsibilities for our guests. They are responsible for assessing their needs and fitting them with proper equipment so they can efficiently get to the slopes. This individual always jumps at the opportunity to fulfill whatever our guests need and thrives in a team environment.

The Rental Shop is a fast-paced, high volume operation and priorities change on a dime. The Rental Technician delivers excellent guest service and is responsible for managing transactions, selecting, assembling, and fitting proper equipment for our guests, and maintaining the rental shop and it's equipment. With that said, no task is too small as working on Donner Summit means we all pick up a shovel, bump chairs, and pitch in all aspects of resort operations no matter our title or pay grade.

Requirements:While every day is different and our roles may shift based on business needs, here is what you can expect to dive into in this role as an Equipment Rental Technician:
- Provides an excellent level of service to our guests.
- Works with our guests to find the right equipment for their stature and skill level
- Manages transactions and collects Liability Waiver
- Maintains and assembles equipment with the highest of safety standards
- Keeps shop and equipment organized
- Understands resort offerings and is proactive with our guests' needs
- Works and communicates with team members to achieve excellent results
What We're Looking For:
- Has a guest service mindset and outgoing personality
- Communicates in a direct and helpful manner
- Able to lift 50 pounds and carry for 50 yards
- Available to work weekends and holidays
- Available to work some evening shifts if asked
