Job description

- Meet with business stakeholders to document reporting requirements for HR in SF
- Create report design/wireframe and identify gaps if any from requirements / current reporting solution
- Work with Reporting Team to build reports and test
- Assist functional team with troubleshooting functional/reporting gaps at the process and/or field level
- Test resolutions for defects and document findings in the tracking system
- Work with business users for UAT, troubleshoot issues with reports, and determine data discrepancies
- Support Report rollout to the user community, through communication and participation in OCM activities
- Provide weekly status reports to leadership

Required Skills/Experience:

• The applicant must be an expert in Employee Central reporting, including Table, Dashboard, Canvas, and Story reporting.
• Experience working in at least 2 large implementation projects with SuccessFactors with at least one deep functional area skill
• Develop reporting requirements for business or HR requests
• Build ORD (Report Center) reports from SF to meet the reporting requests
• Provide ad-hoc queries and run standard reports supporting HRIS business partners
• Experience in running and editing ORD reports along with Ad hoc capabilities
• Experience creating calculated columns and dynamic fields and KPIs
• Hands-on with Static and runtime filters
• Excellent analytical skills, including compiling data, research, and problem-solving
• Ability to work autonomously, within teams, and as a trusted liaison with internal constituents
• Excellent interpersonal and influencing skills and the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders

Preferred (Nice to have):

Has SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central modules knowledge
Has experience with Databases / Data Lake (ex: Snowflake)
Has experience writing test scripts
Has experience analyzing data
Has strong organizational skills Is detail-oriented
Has experience writing system and end-user documentation

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $34.00 - $37.00 per hour
