We are currently seeking a Research Analyst to join our organization. As a Research Analyst at Nusenda Credit Union, you will be responsible for assisting project teams and various departments with market research and data collection to support the development of organizational business cases. You will interpret data, formulate reports, and contribute to recommendations based on research findings. You will apply quantitative and qualitative techniques to interpret internal and external data sources, present findings, and write narratives for inclusion in project recommendations. You will apply problem solving, critical thinking skills, and creates collaborative partnerships to evaluate opportunities.

To thrive in this role, you should have three to five years of similar or related research analysis experience. This position is one part data analysis and one part research. This might be the role for you if you enjoy work requiring attention to detail, problem resolution, and process improvement.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Array Formulas, Dynamic Names, Pivot Tables, and Index Match functions.

  • Familiar with industry and local economic resources to enhance data quality and engage in vendor relationships.

  • Must be knowledgeable in Microsoft Office and all internal systems as affiliated with the department.

  • Must be able to interview stakeholders to understand research needs and desired outcomes, as well as identify problems and potential solutions.

  • Demonstrated capability in written communication, including interpreting data in narrative format and visual presentation (graphs, tables etc.).

  • Experience in project management to include task creation and tracking, prioritization, deadline adherence, and swift adjustment to changes.

  • Work constructively with peers, project teams, and various levels throughout the organization including senior leadership.

  • Must have strong initiative, follow-through, and anticipate the needs of internal stakeholders.
