Research Analyst – Hazard

Clearance: Top Secret/SCI

Ability to work remotely: Classified and Unclassified work may be performed at Certified Sensitive Compartmented Information Facilities (SCIFs)

Job Summary

Obsidian Solutions Group (OSG) is seeking a Research Analyst – Hazard, to conduct classified and unclassified research the documents research results. Documented using approved standards, document templates, and workflow systems/processes.

The mission is to lead stakeholders to conduct proactive activities that identify, measure, assess, monitor, and mitigate supply chain risk at all stages of the acquisition lifecycle and to integrate multi-disciplinary training, policies, and practices for global supply chain.

Specific Responsibilities

• Conduct hazards research to understand legal, financial, fraud, architecture and infrastructure, security, and foreign intelligence issues, technology, or reseller the Client intends to procure and submitted for review.
• Hazards Research Assessment: Utilizing Government furnished information/data sources to conduct hazards research to understand legal, financial, fraud, architecture and infrastructure, security, and foreign intelligence issues from the OEM, technology, or reseller that DIA intends to procure and submitted for a SCRM review.
• Sources of information include reliable commercial sources and U.S.
• Government data, reports, notifications, assessments, etc. This may include vendors and products/items already in the DIA supply chain documented using SCRM PO approved standards, document templates, workflow systems/processes, and timelines.
• Conducts classified and unclassified research then documents research results.
• Document using SCRM PO approved standards, document templates, and workflow systems/processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of cumulative experience in intelligence research, intelligence analysis, business research, business analysis, finance analysis, cybersecurity, or counterintelligence.
• Bachelor’s Degree desired
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Physical Requirements and Work Environment

• Office Work environment
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs.
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 0700 - 1700

Travel

• CONUS/OCONUS travel may be required for training and program activities.

Compensation Range:

$80,000 - $90,000 Annually
