Reservations Fulfillment Agent
Base Pay: $13-$15 per hour DOE

Summary Fulfillment specialist is responsible for providing order management from Passport and in house sales. Provides guest service to customers by fulfilling services purchased online or in-house. Must be detailed oriented, neat, organized. Properly prepare and print orders accurately and quickly. Make guest packets, sort packets in Alpha Order to distribute to the pickup window. Reviews and accurately enters data according to Resort Policies. Will further evaluate all documentation prior to printing or disbursing.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Review and Audit Orders prior to printing; This includes checking for proper arrival dates, age, height, weight, shoe size, phone numbers and email etc.
- Printing Lift Tickets, Lesson Tickets, Tubing Tickets, Rental Slips and may print Season Passes.
- Preparing packets 24 to 48 hours prior to arrival; Fulfills all CSSC Reservation Packets 48 hours in advance. Distributes CSSC Packets and checks for accuracy with CSSC personnel.
- Fulfills all other Reservations and creates packets 24 to 48 hours in advance
- Delivering packets to the pick-up window at the Winter Ticket Office.
- Adjusts errors and complaints. Makes changes to existing reservations.
- Will also be responsible for keeping fulfillment area clean, neat, organized and well stocked. Must be able to consistently lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.).
- Checks to ensure 1 Risk Waivers are signed before distributing packets
- Facilitates cancellations and refunds with the resolutions team.
- Will Send confirmations emails as needed.
- Will work closely with the CSSC Sales Associates, Winter Ticket Office Staff, Ski and Snowboard School Staff, Rental Shop Staff, Marketing and Central Reservations.
Additional duties:
- Takes telephone reservations and operates computer software and printers to store and receive reservation data.
- Tests, inspects, and operates telephone, computer, and other equipment as needed.
- Quotes prices, computes bill, collects payment, and provides guest with confirmation of reservation.
- Sets reservations of lodging, adult ski and snowboard lessons; children’s ski and snowboard lessons; childcare; ski and snowboard rental; lift tickets; bike park tickets, rentals, and lessons; zip line tours, etc.
- Speaks with guests by phone to assist with reservation selection.
- Stays educated on all of the classes offered, products available, restrictions, requirements, and prices so as to coordinate reservations to meet the individual needs of the guest.
- Answers questions from both internal and external customers.
- May Processes reservations and or work a ticket window.
- Prints off-site tickets for marketing promotions.
- Shovels snow and picks up trash around call center area as needed.
- Makes accurate sales to customers.
- Promptly answers phone messages.
- Monitors Angel Fire Resort web site on a regular basis to be continually informed of mountain conditions, activities, events, and changes.
- Takes telephone inquiries and transfers calls.
- May assist Resolutions team during slow times.
- Hours may vary upon business levels.
