RESIDENCE MANAGER
Recruitment Bonus of up to $4,500*
Greystone Programs is currently seeking a Residence Manager to assist in the day-to-day oversight of a community residence located in Amenia, NY.
Manage the day-to-day operations of the home; lead a staff of direct support professionals; implement and evaluate community based services; develop, revise and carry out life plans; participate in the interviewing and selection of new staff; and maintain our high quality of services aimed at supporting individuals as they lead healthy and rewarding lives as active members of their community. Working Monday-Friday both day and evening hours.
Qualified candidates must have prior supervisory experience and familiarity with service provision within OPWDD guidelines. Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
