Join our team as a Resident Assistant! Current Openings are for a Part Time Night Resident Assistant 10 PM - 6 AM and a part time PM Resident Assistant 4 PM - 8 PM.

• $1,300 sign-on bonus for part time, $2,300 sign on bonus for full time.

Responsibilities

• The Resident Assistant (RA) supports residents with daily living activities and helps maintain their personal environment.
• The Resident Assistant (RA) provides observation and documentation.
• The Resident Assistant (RA) assists with onboarding of new Associates.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently
• Have excellent communication skills
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English
