Duties:
- assist, model, teach, and supervise residents in the development of daily living skills
- assist with implementing a rotating chore schedule for general household tasks
- assist patients with personal care
- oversee residents in the self-administration of medication
- assist in maintaining individual house files and necessary documentation for each resident
- monitor psychiatric and physical health status of the residents and inform designated party of concerns, changes, or difficulties
- inform director of residential services of any maintenance or repair needs of the home
- assure shift coverage at all times
- other duties as assigned
- must be able to establish a supportive relationship with each home resident
- must be able to provide encouragement for individual residents in establishing and complying with routine care of their own personal space
- must be able to work with little to no supervision and stay on task
- must have a valid DL and own transportation
- must be able to bend, lift, twist, and stoop throughout shift
- must have a high level accuracy and attention to detail
