This is a percentage based income which means that you decide how much you want to make! You can work as much or as little as you want, but the harder you work, the more you make!

The work schedule is completely flexible to your needs. We have Cleaning Specialists that clean up to only 3 houses a week, and we also have Cleaning Specialists that clean over 20 houses or more a week. It's up to you!

Job Description:

As a Cleaning Specialist, you will start by gathering your cleaning supplies & your schedule for the day. You will then drive your own car to the customer's home & begin cleaning the required areas within their home. At Four Hands Cleaning, we strive to exceed our customer's expectations, so constructive feedback on improvement will be given when necessary. After completing your scheduled day, you will be able to head home from where you are located & will be responsible for washing your own rags that were used for the day.

When cleaning a customer's home, we focus on:

• Dusting
• Wiping down & sanitizing all areas.
• Oil wood areas
• Sweeping
• Mopping (Shmop)
• Vacuuming

Job Requirements:

• Must pass a background check.
• Must have a great driving record & be able to drive to customer's homes - for best success, you should live within 15 miles of the Liberty area!
• Must be able to lift 50lbs, bend, reach, scrub, stretch, & stand majority of the day.
• Ability to work independently and/or with other Cleaning Specialists.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, & disposal methods.
• Respectful, positive, & reliable!
