Normandy Remodeling exclusively performs residential additions and major remodeling, and the superintendent is a critical member of our team.Your role is to make the designer's vision come to life, while working daily with customers who are living through construction.

Superintendents typically cover a general geographic territory, and we’re currently searching for someone to assist our clients in the Northern Suburbs. You will be responsible for:

- Scheduling, supervising and managing various trades for multiple jobs at a time.

- Communicating daily with each customer, keeping them updated about the job's progress, answering questions and managing their expectations.

- Making daily site visits to each of your customers' homes to coordinate the tradespeople, solve any problems, and address any customer questions or concerns.

The service and experience that customers receive during construction leaves a lasting impression, and successful communication and execution of the project is critical to creating happy customers, which in turn creates a strong referral base. Normandy Designers begin the relationship with the clients, and maintain the client relationship throughout construction. However, Superintendents are the primary source of contact for customers during the construction phase of their project. Our staff of architects and our expediters will support you with plans and purchasing assistance for each project.

Our focus is solely residential construction, with an emphasis on additions, kitchens, bathrooms and whole home renovations for our clients. Normandy Remodeling has won dozens of local and national awards for our remodeling excellence.

You know that you're a good fit for this position if you have:

- Hands-on experience in the trades or prior experience in other aspects of home remodeling

- Excellent organization and planning skills

-Superior communication skills, particularly digital communication (i.e. text, email, cell phones)

-A love of problem solving

-A passion for building and renovating

-The ability to develop a strong relationship with a customer, while ensuring that the projects are completed on time and to our high standards & specifications.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year base salary, plus performance based bonus opportunities that finds many earning $85,000 or more.
