TOWARD INDEPENDENT LIVING AND LEARNING (TILL), INC. is an innovative human services agency dedicated to providing quality community-based services to individuals who have developmental disabilities.

RESIDENCE MANAGER - TILL is seeking Residence Manager to supervise a community residential program for adults with developmental disabilities. Some duties include direct care, staff supervision, household and financial management. Reporting all residence and staff needs to your supervisor. Overseeing and directing all internal affairs of the residence. Developing and promoting a warm, homelike, cooperative atmosphere in the residence for both staff and individuals. Ensuring that the daily operations of the residence are running smoothly, efficiently, and in a manner appropriate to the health, safety, and programming needs of individuals and staff. Participating in the process and make recommendations in the hiring and terminating of employees. [Full time positions available in Bridgewater, Dedham, Dorchester, Billerica, Hyde Park, Lynnfield, Chelsea, Easton, Burlington, Danvers and Weymouth MA and Hollis, NH.]

* A BA/BS in human services, psychology, sociology, special education or related field preferred.*

*Experience will be considered in lieu of education. A minimum of one year of working in a residential setting with similar population and ISP experience is required.*

*Supervision skills and experience strongly preferred. *

*Must have flexibility with schedule to meet specific program needs.*

*Valid Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island driver license required.*

*Good written and oral skills are required.*

*CPR and First Aid are a condition of employment.*

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
