We have exciting leadership opportunities at The Arc Mid-Hudson for Residential Program Managers at our Palmer Center in Kingston.

As a new manager in our residential programs, you will be paired with our Leadership Management Mentor who will work closely with you to ensure that you will not only love your new role, but that you will be a successful leader in our agency.

Palmer Center is located in Kingston, and is very close to shopping and the Rhinecliff Bridge.

Responsibilities for this management role include supervising staff and assuring that plans of care are followed for the individuals we support. This motivated leader will possess an Associates degree in Human Services or a related field, a Bachelors degree is highly desired, and will have strong organizational skills and leadership experience. Previous experience supporting individuals with disabilities is highly preferred.

HOURS: 40/Tuesday through Friday - 12:00 pm to 8:00 pm/Saturday - 7:00 am to 3:00 pm/must be flexible, based on needs of the program

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelors degree preferred
• Supervisory experience
• Computer skills
• Acceptable NYS Driver's license
