Tom Drexler Plumbing, Air & Electric is looking for a top-quality person to join our Residential Plumbing team! This position is for Licensed Journeyman Plumbers who enjoy residential service.

Summary:

The Residential Plumber works Monday through Friday with a rotating Saturday as needed, will be provided a take-home vehicle stocked with company provided tools and parts, paid for uniforms, free CEU’s, and will receive a company cell phone and tablet. In addition to your base pay, you will also receive incentive pay as well as performance-based bonuses. We guarantee FULL-TIME work.

Plumber Responsibilities May Include:

• Performs residential service calls for plumbing.
• Troubleshoots plumbing issues and assesses plumbing needs.
• Provides advice on plumbing components, fixtures and equipment condition and proposes solutions.
• Provides estimates to customers.
• Completes repairs and installations of plumbing components, fixtures, and equipment.
• Respond to customer requests, resolving issues and promoting the brand.

Requirements for Plumbers:

• Must have experience in residential plumbing service.
• Must possess a Kentucky Journeyman Plumber license.
• Be professional and establish customer rapport, encouraging repeat business.
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis.
• Customer service oriented.
• Energetic, positive, and self-motivated.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
