What will I be doing?

• Assisting with hiring staff for Day and Residential Programs including but not limited to current Clearwater day program and foster home
• Managing day to day activities of Day and Residential Programs
• Ensuring Day Program and Residential Program schedules are being followed
• Completing Concur Expense Reports by end of the month due date
• Purchasing food and supplies for the home
• Scheduling staff to work at the Day and Residential Programs
• Supervising staff to ensure proper procedure with paperwork and medications for all clients
• Monitoring staff in their interactions with clients, ensuring all clients are treated with respect and dignity, recognizes client’s individual needs
• Transporting clients as needed using the site van
• Planning events and transports children on designated outing days
• On-call duties as necessary

• Able to provide direct care to children
• Ability to transport children in company van
• Must possess general computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Available to work 3-11pm Monday-Friday, weekends as needed.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Current driver’s license with a good driving record
• Experience working with at-risk youth (preferred)
• Mental & Behavioral Health: 1 year (preferred)
• Supervisory experience (preferred)
• Able to work weekends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Evening shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Clearwater, FL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)

Shift availability:

• Night Shift (Preferred)
• Day Shift (Preferred)
