Training Director:
The William George Agency is seeking an experienced professional to provide instruction, guidance, and ongoing support to staff employed in our Residential Treatment Program.
It is essential that this individual have prior experience in a treatment setting working with adolescents who experience significant emotional dysregulation.
Candidates should have knowledge and skill in utilizing trauma informed methods when working with clients, as well as an ability to teach and model such methods to assist in the development of direct care staff.
This is a full time position with excellent benefits. Bachelor's degree preferred.

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
