Overview:
Responsible for the safe operation and transport of limousines on and off property, for guests.

Contribute to a safe work environment, through compliance with established safety guidelines, identifying potential safety hazards, and reporting same to the appropriate person for proper resolution.

Maintain a professional departmental, company and community reputation.

Responsibilities:
  • Assists guests promptly and courteously with transportation services.
  • Drives conservatively, announcing stops and answering general questions about the Company and the local community.
  • Maintains a working knowledge of company facilities, as well as special events on property, in order to advise guests and fellow Employees of same, whenever possible.
  • Effectively communicates with the Transportation Coordinator, to report any mechanical difficulties and/or maintenance needs of company-owned vehicles.
  • Inspects vehicles prior to occupancy, verifying that everything is clean, well-stocked and in good working order.
  • Ensures a maximum level of guest service and satisfaction is achieved and maintained.
  • Maintains written records of all trips, number of passengers, departure and arrival times, dispatcher’s name and destinations.
  • Held accountable for the accuracy and thoroughness of departmental records and reports.
  • Conducts routine safety inspections of vehicles before and after every trip, reporting any problems or maintenance needs to management.
  • Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular attendance record

AGE and GAMING:
21 years of age or above.

Gaming property – Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Choctaw Gaming Commission.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:

High School diploma or GED is preferred.

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Must possess a valid Driver’s License and good driving record – two or less moving violation within a 12 month period. With a class D or higher endorsement. (Driver’s License must be presented via email, scanned or fax to the Employment Center in order to be considered)

LANGUAGE SKILLS:

Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to guests and other associates of the organization.

REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to apply commonsense understanding to carry out simple one or two step instructions. Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by the Associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

While performing the duties of this job, the Associate is regularly required to talk or hear. Essential duties for this position include but not limited to the following: regularly required to lift, push, pull, and carry luggage and other guest items must be able to maneuver items up to forty (40) pounds as well as load and unload wheelchairs, motorized carts and other similar equipment as needed. Must be able to stand, sit, or walk approximately 100% of assigned shift.

This position is required to work in outside weather conditions and may perform responsibilities and/or essential functions on slippery or wet surfaces as well as exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes or airborne particles, extreme cold. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. When on the casino floor, the noise level increases to loud. When on the casino floor or other designated areas may be subjected to tobacco smoke.

Due to the unpredictable nature of the hospitality/entertainment industry, Associates must be able to work varying-schedules to reflect the business needs of the property.
